What is Complete Prep US High School?
This study system represents a comprehensive high school education (equivalent to grades 10th, 11th, and 12th), providing students with a tool that enables them to obtain certification issued by the United States educational system (High School Diploma) through The Woodlands Preparatory School.
During this program, students complete eighteen subjects online (six in 10th grade, six in 11th grade, and six in 12th grade). Upon graduation, students receive the "High School Diploma" from The Woodlands Preparatory School, accrediting them as high school graduates within the U.S. education system.
These subjects are delivered through weekly tutorials, totaling six hours per week (one hour per subject), over a period of three school cycles, which can vary based on the student's chosen pace. Thus, Complete Prep US High School is a highly effective tool that allows students to pursue their high school education without the time pressures of attending a physical school.
The teachers involved in Complete Prep US High School specialize in online education in both Spanish and English, with years of dedicated experience.
How does this program work?
Each week, students must submit projects as required by teachers; this is how grades are earned, always with a focus on creativity and strengths development. To maintain a high standard of quality, this educational model requires a minimum passing grade of 8.0 in each subject, as mandated by the accrediting body COGNIA, to ensure that the student's total credits (from their previous high school and those obtained with us) are sufficient for American certification.
Materials such as readings and videos are uploaded weekly to our educational platform by teachers and remain accessible to students throughout the program for consultation whenever needed.
No, this program is highly inclusive. Anyone currently in high school or already graduated can enroll and receive the High School Diploma upon completing the subject credits at The Woodlands Preparatory School. Additionally, our enrollment is open throughout the school year
Are only current high school students eligible for the Dual Program?
How long does it take for a non-high school student to complete the Dual Program?
Complete Prep US High School is designed to be completed in 37 weeks at a standardized pace. However, completion time depends on the student's chosen program pace, with a minimum standard of 15 months to fulfill the eighteen subjects required by the American system.
