2011 TAPPS 1A Champions
The Varsity Soccer team finished their season in the top 4 in the state of Texas with a record of 9-3-1. The Wolverines enjoyed a great deal of success this year finishing in 2nd place in the district, winning in the sweet 16 and the elite 8, and finishing among the top 4 teams in state. This is quite an accomplishment for the Woodlands Prep soccer program. We wish the seniors well and thank them for their terrific leadership and work ethic this year!

All District Honors:
1st team: Andee Nelson, Dani Johnson, Adam Johnson, Matt Dechant, and Ricky Weimer.
2nd team: Mike Clifford, Caleb Cohen, Daniel Hernandez, and Doug Begin.
Honorable Mention: Ramiro Rodriguez, Felipe de Anda, Zach Spratt, and Jacob Rogers.
In all, 13 All-District players!!!! We were easily the team that was represented the most at the All-District meeting. One of the words used to describe our team that came up frequently at that meeting was “balance”. It was a total team effort!
All-State Honors:
Honorable Mention: Andee Nelson, Dani Johnson, Adam Johnson, Matt Dechant, and Ricky Weimer.
It’s pretty incredible for a school our size and a program that is so young to have 5 All-State players!!!!
All-Tournament Honors:
